What We Do

MSA Legal Nurse Consulting is owned and operated by Active, Practicing, Nurse Practitioners Certified in Legal Nurse Consulting. We are trained to consult with attorneys and clients on medical-related cases and have the expertise to quickly interpret case viability involving health, illness, and injury. This is accomplished by a critical, detailed review of medical records, terminology, and the subtleties of various healthcare issues.

Why Hire Us?

Although attorneys are the legal experts, the LNC’s at MSA Legal Nurse Consulting are experts on the inner workings of the healthcare system. From the onset of a potential case a CLNC® has the prowess to glean details and objective medical insights in a case, and interpret them for you in a quick and cost-effective manner.

Since Registered Nurses are truly the only healthcare providers who are face-to-face with patients daily, an RN CLNC® can educate an attorney on medical issues which saves time and money on the initial opinions of expensive medical experts.

Through proper preparation, documentation, and expert testimony, a CLNC® from Legal MSA Legal Nurse Consulting can help screen and organize the medical records for your cases.

What Makes us Different?

From initial contact with our attorneys and clients, the intake process is organized and streamlined for medical experts that are current in the specialty required for the case. For example, if there is an obstetric/gynecological case, it will be referred to our OB nurse. If a case has a nursing deviation, that nurse will then take the case forward with an affidavit, deposition, etc. If a timeline or report is required, the nurse who performed the review fills that need. This saves both the attorney and client money and time, since there is no need to find another nurse active in that specialty to do what has already been accomplished. If there is no nursing deviation in a case, recommendations will be made and/or the proper expert will be retained.
